Our current team is working to provide the most hands on property management services in the San Juan area, including but not limited to, access to a variety of cleaning teams, service providers and emergency responders (ex. gas, potable water, electricians, plumbers, etc). Lucky Penny PM also works closely with concierge and decoration services for guest enjoyment.

Working with our clients to find the rate that best fits your rental and your needs is a core part of our mission.
